Toronto - What To See and Do? by

Journal Notes

If you are visiting Toronto, there are the big attractions like the CN Tower and the new Ripley's Aquarium of Canada beside it. The Air Canada Centre hosts major sporting and music events. An interesting downtown feature is the connected Toronto PATH network, an extensive underground concourse of shops and restaurants. It is still winter here in Toronto and the PATH is a great pedestrian underground walkway to get most places downtown including great shops, food courts for lunch and access to the major office towers and the Eaton Centre.

There is lots to do here in all seasons. Cycling trails include the Waterfront Trail and Martin Goodman Trail. There are a wide range of restaurants with cool street eats such as Burrito Boyz for killer quesadillas or a burrito that hits home. If you like gourmet food tasting and want to save a few bucks you can plan your trip to attend the Winterlicious festival where many great restaurants have fixed price menus at deal prices. One of my favorites is the Ontario Science Centre with all its interactive exhibits.
